Standard sessions are 60 minutes. Flexible sessions are available and the cost is determined on a pro-rata basis.
Reports and letters are charged separately and the cost is dependent on the complexity and nature of the required document. Please enquire for further details.

Rebates

Ninette Schoubye is a registered Medicare provider.

To be eligible for the Medicare rebate you need to be referred to counseling by your GP or psychiatrist with a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP). This allows you to receive a Medicare rebate of $87.45 per session for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

You may eligible for a rebate under your Private Health Fund. Please note, you are not able to claim Medicare and Private Health Fund rebate together.

Being a Medicare Provider, Ninette can provide psychological services for the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) and welcomes veterans and their families to Insight Psychology.

Cancellation and non-attendance policy

24-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment for no fee. A fee of $110 will apply for less than 24 hours notice. The full fee of $220 will apply for non-attendance without prior notice.
